Unshakable Jiu-Jitsu Confidence
By giving your child the non-violent Jiu-Jitsu techniques to neutralize a physical attack, they will have the confidence to take a stand against bullies.
Verbal Self Defense
To ensure your child is ready to identify and overcome verbal harassment, we conduct a series of specific role-playing exercise each day of the camp.
Fun & Fitness
We play games throughout the entire week to give your child the fitness they need and the fun they want!
